TASK LIST

What can we do to help you or your loved one? Here is a list of routine tasks that we can perform:

Direct Care

• We can assist clients to walk with or without self- help devices as necessary.
• We can assist clients with hair care, fingernail care, shaving, bowel and bladder functions, eye and ear care, and teeth and denture care.
• We can help with positioning and transporting clients into and out of beds, chairs, and bathtubs
• We can maintain intake and output records as instructed, i.e. flowsheet documentation, etc.
• We can position clients in correct and comfortable positions and assist with lifting and turning.
• We can prepare clients for meals (i.e. take to bathroom, wash hands, comb hair, raise bed.)
• We can perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
• We can provide companionship and socialization activities with clients.
• We can perform after meal care (i.e. remove dishes, clean clients' hands, face, clothing.)
• We can provide daily range of motion exercises and record as instructed.
• We can provide safe physical assistance with all transfers (e.g. getting in and out of bed, chairs, wheelchairs, and cars).
• We can provide self-directed medication assistance as needed.
• We can plan and prepare nourishing meals
• We can weigh and measure clients as instructed and measure and record temperatures, pulse, respirations.

Other Licensed Services

• We have private duty nursing care.
• We have private therapy care.

• We have respite care.

Indirect Care

• We can assist with shopping for groceries and putting them away.
• We can assist with errands, such as going to the post office, picking up prescriptions, etc 

Household Maintenance. 

• We can install grab bars per manufacturer specs.
• We can install and remove air conditioners from windows.
• We can maintain carpets, including vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing and disinfecting.
• We can perform routine home maintenance for clients including painting and light carpentry.
• We can perform routine maintenance on grounds, driveways, etc. including mowing, raking, weed removal and snow shoveling.
• We can repair and maintain bathroom fixtures.
• We can repair small equipment .

Housekeeping 

• We can make beds (occupied and unoccupied).
• We can organize closets and cabinets, bureaus drawer's, etc.
• We can provide support and assistance with housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks as directed.
• We can clean windows and screens as directed.
• We can wash and iron clothing.

Community Reources

• We can provide resources to other community services.

Transportation

• We can provide transportation to errands and shopping.
• We can provide transportation and accompany the client to medical appointments.
• We can provide transportation and accompany the client to social events .
