Maintenance

Maintenance Worker
The primary purpose of this position is to perform select maintenance activities that do not require a license, certification, or permits to complete. Perform routine maintenance on grounds, driveways, etc. which may include mowing or trimming grass, weed removal, raking, snow shoveling, etc. as requested by the client. Perform routine home mainteance for clients to include painting, light carpentry, small equipment repairs, etc. Repair and maintain bathroom fixtures. Install grab bars per manufacturer specs. Maintain carpets, to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing and disinfecting. Clean windows and screens as directed. Install, remove air conditioners from windows. Advise client on potential needs for licensed work or larger job (licensed contractor needs). Positions available on days and evenings.
